OWH VCMP14 Final Challenges

Here are the last of my OWH VCMP2014 challenge cards.

I'm starting off with challenge #6 which is to make 2 winter-themed cards, making one in traditional Christmas colors, and the other in any other colors.

Next is challenge #14 "thick and thin." We're supposed to make a thick, heavily embossed thank you card for one of our heroes, and also make a thin layered card for one of our heroes to write home to his family. Up first is the thicker version......

Challenge #15 is to make cards for teens.

Challenge #16 is to make cards with "critters."

Challenge #17 is to make a Christmas card using inchies and one of 3 OWH sketches to make the card. I'm using OWH sketch #58.

And finally, challenge #18 is to make something "faux." This card has faux fur on the little Santa hat.

Whew! I managed to complete all of the challenges, and now I'm taking a little breather! It's always nice to see that OWH box filling up and getting ready to mail!

OWH VCMP 2014 (Photo Heavy Post)

I've been working on making cards for the OWH Virtual Card Making Party this weekend. I'll share the cards I have finished so far, but there are more to come. Hopefully in time I'll get to complete them all. I'm only going to list the challenge for each card to keep this post as brief as possible. If you want any details, shoot me an email (you'll find my addy on the right side panel)

Challenge 1 - make "his and hers" cards using an OWH sketch. I used sketch #171 for hers...

and his.

Challenge #2 is to make a thank-you card and use spray ink. I don't have any spray inks, so I just made a thank-you card.

Challenge #3 is to make a paper-pieced card for kids.

Challenge #4 - Make a birthday card in red, white, & blue.

Challenge #5 - Make a card with a colorful background using ink, paint, or scraps. If you use paper, you must use scraps or at least 5 different papers.

Challenge #7 is the July ODBD challenge to use "Things with Wings."

Challenge #8 is to make a "Miss You" card using at least 1 circle and at least 2 banners.

Challenge #9 is "masculine vintage." 

Challenge #10 is to use 3 different textures.

Challenge #11 is "travel, or means of transporation."

Challenge #12 is to make a red, white & blue Christmas card.

Challenge #13 - OWH sketch challenge #232

For those of you counting along, I didn't skip #6.........I just haven't come up with an idea for that challenge yet :)
