Mother's Day Card

Today I have a card that was created with lots of snippets. I stenciled the blue skies with cloud stencils I made years ago with assorted punches. The white clouds (covered with Wink of Stella) and the little sun in the corner are die cuts from Lawn Fawn. The bluebird and branches were done with a SU! punch and the white panel on the bottom was done with a Martha Stewart border punch. The tiny ladybug was done with a MB die and the little flowers were done with SU! dies and stamps. The pink frame was done with a Gina Marie Designs scalloped frame die. The sentiment is from Verve and I added a tiny gemstone to the bird for it's eye and little black gems to the flower centers to finish this one.

I'm sharing this with the following challenges:

The Snippets Playground #479 - Must use Snippets

The Allsorts Challenge Week # 778 - Use a Stencil or A/G

the April Stencil Fun Challenge - A/G using a stencil
(Optional Spring/Flowers)

Here's wishing you a great weekend and thanks always for stopping by.

Carol

Lots of great snippets used on this pretty card. It's reminded me that I should look at my SU punch collection and actually USE some of them

So pretty and with all the elements we associate with Spring, birds, flowers and even blue sky (if we are lucky), many thanks for joining us again at Allsorts challenge and incorporating some stencil work.

Won't be about for a few days now, so will catch up soon.

Your card spread Spring all around! Love how the beautiful white border seems a fence with the lovely flowers and the cute ladybug peeking out from the edge! All your diecuts made with snippets look so well together and the stencilled sky is perfect to show them. How sweet and cute card!
Hope you are having a lovely Sunday with sun and blue sky! Here today there is the sun, but tonight there was rain and we expect other rain will come tomorrow and for the days ahead (rolling eyes)
Big hugs!

What a happy Spring card! It looks like you had lots of fun pulling out your dies and punches on this one! I love doing that once in a while too! The details with the stenciling and sparkle make this extra special and it looks like it's framed with that scallop edging around it too! I have that bird/branch punch and still love it too!

Great use of snippets and dies! I was always very pro stamps, but recently found myself down the rabbit hole of dies. They make using up all those scraps so easy!

Your card is a delightful showcase of creativity and resourcefulness! The use of snippets to create the various elements, from the stenciled blue skies to the die-cut white clouds and sun, adds such charming detail. The combination of punches, dies, and stamps from different brands seamlessly comes together, and the addition of the gemstone accents brings a touch of whimsy and sparkle. It's a truly charming and heartfelt creation!

Great use of snippets and dies! I do love that SU bird punch. I use mine from time to time. Beautiful sun, pretty flowers, and cute little ladybug, too!
