I found this charming stamp I've had for eons and decided to make a card with it for Christmas. I colored the hedgies with Copics and added a snippet of designer paper that reminded me of cracks in the ice, and then die-cut the loops with a MB die, placing them over top. The sentiment was one of those old $1 stamps which is why it curves upward a little, but at least I got some use out of it. For the finishing touch I added some sparkly blue stickers to their ice skates and randomly on the rest of the card.
I'll share this with the Rudolph Day April Challenge - make a Christmas card
Thanks as always for stopping by and make it a great Saturday!

How cute hedgehogs!!! They are really adorable and you made so well dusting off them! The ice is so creative and very interesting, great choice of paper and diecut and beautiful colours! The card look so cheerful!
Sending big hugs dear friend!
Those little hedgies are absolutely adorable.
Such a fun and cute card.
Happy Sunday, Carol!
Oh, this is just so sweet, Carol! So glad you found this stamp and used it for this adorable holiday card! I can't say that I have even seen this stamp but it sure is cute and I love your thinking on the cracked ice on the DSP and those circle dies! It all comes together nicely! Love the hedgehogs!! :)
What an adorable card Carol! I don't think the little cutie at the back knows if he's coming or going. I was just thinking, one could do that trick by creating a mirror image using acetate or such. Ages since I tried that one. LOVE the cool colours you used - perfect!
Thanks for coming to play with us in April's Rudolph Days Challenge.

Fantastic! Hugs!
Awe! These hedgies are so adorable and they look they're having a blast swirling around all over the ice! Really love the colors of the scarves you gave them as well as the touch of sparkle! Very cute and clever design here!
Super cute card, Carol! Love the hedgehogs, they remind me of the house mouse stamps, but they look a bit easier to color. I wonder how hard it was to get that circle die cut out of the die. Looks like it took a while!
This card is as cute as can be. Love the skating hedgies.
That's such a great stamp and a great background too.
Thanks for joining us at the Rudolph Days Challenge.

What a delightful Christmas card! The charming hedgehog stamp adds such warmth and character, especially with the Copics coloring bringing them to life. The snippet of designer paper resembling cracks in the ice is a brilliant touch, and the addition of sparkly blue stickers on the ice skates and throughout the card adds a festive sparkle. It's a wonderful blend of nostalgia and creativity that's sure to bring smiles to the recipient's face!
