St. Patrick's Day Card

I rummaged through my large assortment of embossing folders and found this Spellbinders M-Bossabilities that I haven't used in ages. It's called "Letterpress" and I thought it would make a good background for some shamrocks to make a St. Patrick's day card. I used Taylored Expressions dies with 3 different colors of green cardstock to make the shamrocks, and then used a paper punch with some gold mirror card to make the centers. The inside looks like this:

I will share my card with these challenges:

Shopping our Stash SOS516 - It's Not Easy Being Green

with an optional twist of squares and/or circles.

Thanks for stopping by and I wish you the best possible day today.

A wonderful St. Patty's card! That embossing folder is so pretty and reminds me of a baroque style and you're right about it going great with those cute little shamrocks! Love the added gold and the sentiment is a good one for this theme! It's very cold and windy here today! Hope you have a great day!

Guess it must be getting close, we have Mothering Sunday next week so I figure it's soon after. So effective with the shamrock laid over the embossed panel.

This is such a great effect, as always you create a lovely card with nothing! Those cute shamrocks and that embossed background go so well together and the three shades of green with the tiny gold have so interesting look in your pattern!
Love the auspicious sentiment with the darling rhyme! I wish you the same dear friend, lots blessings and happiness on your way!!
