Christmas Tags for the Guys

I'm trying to use the stash I've accumulated through the years, and making tags is a great way to make those little snippets of designer paper, ribbon, and card stock disappear! I used a Lawn Fawn die to cut all the tags, and I've had a container of these punched deer for years! They were done with a Martha Stewart punch, and they're the perfect size for tags. I added a die-cut Lawn Fawn stitched golden snowflake to this one....

I added a sprig of holly with some red liquid pearl drops to this one...

For the third tag, this one has a sprig of holly but gold Stickles were used for the berries. I designed these after a tag I saw in the SU! catalog.

I'll enter these into the Cute Card Thursday challenge #561 which is anything goes.

Wishing you a wonderful Thursday and thanks for stopping by!

Carol

Great guy tags and a wonderful way to use up those scraps. They seem to take over my craft room!

Very cute idea, Carol! I never thought to do this with all that leftover DSP and little diecuts that have built up in my overgrown stash! Since I am not doing any gifts this year (everyone getting gift cards w/ money) the tags wont serve me a purpose but I hope I can remember this for next year! I love each & every one of your cute tags and how you embellished them! Nice job! TFS and enjoy your day....even if it is going to rain, sigh! Hugs~

These are wonderful tags, all showcasing this pretty paper that you are no longer hoarding! All I have been making lately is tags, too. Partly because I didn’t buy any this year and need to wrap these gifts! Have a great day!

You do amazing things with your "stash" All are really lovely. I need to do that too. The neighbors who are coming to my craft night are helping me to do that. I always said I had enough for several people to craft.(smile)

A fabulous collection of tags Carol, they are all pretty but I especially like the lovely colour combination on the first one.

I love all those tags and it is a great way to use up little bits and pieces of designer paper. I am not much of a tag maker but I may have to figure out a way to use my little snippets too.

These are great and I'm full of admiration, every time I try to make tags they just end up in the recycling. I really like how you've made the tags look so different yet they make a nice set. I'm going to wish you and your family a very Happy Christmas and a peaceful New Year and to say thank you for all your comments on my blog posts... you have no idea how much I appreciate your kindness, take care x
