Watercolored Birthday

Today I have a watercolored birthday card using a Penny Black image as well as a Gina Marie oval burst die. I began some watercolor paper that was colored in shades of yellow and pink; dried, and then die cut into pieces. I cut another oval burst die from bubblegum pink cardstock and inlaid the colored pieces into that. The image was water colored and cut with a Gina Marie stitched oval die and matted with pink - cut with a Spellbinders scalloped petite oval die. The SNSS sentiment was stamped on a snippet of water colored paper to finish the card.

I'm sharing this at the Tuesday Throwdown challenge #TT298 which is "watercolor."

I'm also taking it over to the Penny Black Saturday challenge for June which has a theme of "birthdays."

Thanks for checking in today - have yourself a wonderful weekend and a very happy Father's day to all the dads out there tomorrow!
