I have 2 versions today of stenciled background cards done with a Tim Holtz shattered stencil and sponged with assorted colors. I used a borrowed (r) SU! set and stamped it in coordinating shades of pink, rose, red, and green. The first version has a white heat-embossed SNSS sentiment on black with a Lil Inker stitched rectangle die cut panel for the image.
For this version, I added a snippet of pink satin ribbon and stamped the sentiment on the image panel.
Thanks for stopping by and may all your weeds be wildflowers too!

Wow, I am loving these cards Carol! That background stencil is awesome and I love the colors you have chosen. Love the flower too!! But it is the sentiments that I really love, lol, because I have a lot of dandelions in my yard much to my neighbors dismay. He hates them, I love them! lol I love the bright yellow flower in the green grass, then I love when they go to seed because who doesn't have some kid in them and loves blowing them?! Yep, I love some weeds. Now mares tail, don't like, thistles, don't like. Queen Ann's Lace and dandelions-love! Hugs, Brenda
