Here's a card I made using some leftover snippets of red polka dot dsp that I've had for a while. I cut 1" panels for the background and layered it with pear pizzazz green. The Penny Black image "I'm so Cute" was colored with Copics and mounted on red. The sentiment is by CASual Fridays. and the hearts were done with a SU! owl punch.
