My friend asked me to make her a "Congratulations" card for her nephew who made the dean's list, so this is the card I came up with. I used Kaiser dsp, a SimonSaysStamp hexagon die, and a KSS sentiment stamp. I'll be entering this into the
Simon Says Stamp Bingo challenge as well as the
Art Impressions stamps #75 challenge to use "any sentiment." Here's the bingo grid for the

I chose the center horizontal line and used a Die Cut, "free square" and glitter. I glittered the brads by dipping them into a versamark ink pad, and then dipping them into red glitter embossing powder.
This card was made for 2 challenges. This cute digi image is from Saturated Canary and you can find the details to d/l this cute image
right here. I made this card for the
Saturated Canary Challenge #23 with a theme of the "great outdoors." I also used the colors from the
CR84FN60 to use the colors of grape, green, and blue.
I used strips of assorted dsp and did the
herringbone technique for the background, embossing it with a plaid ef to add a bit more texture. The image was colored with Copics, and the sentiment was computer generated. A sequin star was added to his hat, and a few ribbon snippets later, this was done!
