I recently made this anniversary card for a friend and used up lots of snippets to create it. I had pieces of silver mirri card in strips and squares leftover from other projects, so I die-cut the anniversary greeting, the stitched heart shape and the number inside the shaker element. I die cut the leafy stem from a snippet of white and that tiny bow was die cut from blue snippets also. I lined the shaker with tulle and added an assortment of silver, blue, and white gems, sequins and die-cut heart snippets and finished with tiny blue gemstones on the white stem and a tiny silver gem on the little bow. The blue glitter cardstock was a beautiful find at a craft store and it just had to be matched with silver for a great look.

Gorgeous card, love the 46 on it. I hope I get one with 77 on my birthday, that would be fun. Have a great week, Carol, take care, hugs, Valerie

This is lovely and done in my favorite color. There are so many little extra details and my favorite is the blue gems on the white leaves. What a great touch that is.
Beautiful. Happy Anniversary to your friend.
WOW!! How gorgeous and elegant this card is Carol! I love that you've made a special shaker card with the number represented on the inside along with the little hearts! I can't believe that I don't have any tulle ribbon!! (I think I've got some very wide lace though! LOL) Everything about this card is so elegant and beautifully sparkly! Right up my alley! Love it all!
So beautiful.

Oh Carol, this is a beauty! Love the colors and all the sparkle on it! Love the shaker part, too! Wow to 46 years of marriage!! I love it! :)
This is just fabulous, Carol! LOVE the tulle instead of acetate, it makes the shaker window more sweet! So inspiring! Blue and silver are perfect together, it's a very elegant palette. I'm also working to a project with blue and silver! :)
The stitched heart looks so beautiful with the leaf stem and the cute tiny bow as lovely accents, and the gems match so well the shaker elements inside the heart. Your friend will be thrilled receiving you card! And you have the bonus of using snippets! :)
Big hugs from afar, have a fabulous week!
