I've been working out of my snippets box and trying to use up this insane stash I've accumulated over the years. Today's card makes use of some colorful strips of those snippets. I embossed each one with a WeRMemory Keepers gemstone 3D embossing folder and placed them on white cardstock. The beer mug is a stamp from Just For Fun rubber stamps and I colored it with Copics, adding clear wink of stella to the color on the mug. For the foam topping, I embossed it first with some gold sparkly embossing powder, then colored it in with a white glaze pen, and fussy cut the whole piece to pop up on foam tape to the card base. The sentiment is from Lil Inker, cut twice, layered, and covered with glossy accents for a little shine.

I love this, Carol!! Those colorful panels under the mug of suds is what stood out to me. The embossing is awesome! This is a great card for that beer drinking person! Unfortunately, there is no beer or beer drinkers in my house anymore either. I guess that's a good thing! LOL Stay cool my friend and Happy Sunday! :)
Love the embossed background Carol, the colours and the fabulous glass. A Super card. I think hubby would like a cool beer, but none in the house, he'll have to have hot tea hahaha. As for the Summer heat, we know it will be only for a couple more days in the UK, then rain, I think this heat could be our Summer, but as always in the UK, we never know what we are in for.

The beer effect is fabulous, such great idea hot embossing in gold and than colouring with glaze white, just PERFECT!! Also the big sentiment at the bottom looks great!! Very well done once again dear Carol!!!

Wow, what a really fun card here Carol! I love that really large beer mug image with all of the added foam on top!! The different colored panels you've embossed really brings it to life too! I love that texture with this!
