I recycled this image from another card someone sent to me. It was just too cute not to re-use and I believe it's by Penny Black, but I'm not sure. I die-cut a regular and scalloped oval with Spellbinder dies and placed the image on top of that. The background was the back of a store-bought card someone sent me so I embossed it with a MB Blooming 3D folder, rounding the edges and placing it on an aqua card base. The sentiment is a pre-printed one from SSS and I backed it with some matching blue cardstock.

Wow! LOVE, love, love this card!! It's a masterpiece and the image you upcycled is really too cute!! I think it's surely a PB stamp, I always admire that fat cat! :D The oval with the blue scallop make the image just POP over the amazing 3D embossed panel!!! And the aqua card base makes pop the embossing!
That sentiment makes me smile so much, it matches so well with the relaxing scene! :) I really need a day as this! LOL :D

What a nice idea to upcycle an image into another fun card, I love the blue tones in keeping with the bath theme and it draws your eye to the pair having a blast with bubbles x
