Birthday Clock

While sorting through my stash, I found a few pre-printed cards that someone gifted me with a few years ago and decided it was time to use them. I chose this pattern design because the Impression Obsession clock fit perfectly inside of the printed pattern. I cut the clock from grey, black, white and blue cardstock and swapped all the negatives to put it together. I placed it all on a dark green card base which matches the printed color, and added a pre-printed SSS sentiment which I layered on black and fishtailed the ends with a hexagon punch. This went to my cousin who repairs clocks so I thought it was a perfect birthday card for him.

I'm sharing it with the Male Room Challenge #159 which is "clocks"

Thanks for the visit. I hope everyone is staying warm in this cold snap.

Carol

This is so cool, Carol! Love the clock and what a perfect card for your cousin! Stay warm! That wind out there this morning is crazy! I'm gonna hibernate this weekend and hope get my ink pads re-inked. Had a few that are getting dry and that's one chore I keep putting off! Have a good weekend! Hugs!

Such lucky match by the clock and the black wreath, wow!!! It looks really gorgeous and surely it's the perfect birthday card for your cousin that repairs clocks!! The fishtailed banner with that sentiment compliments so well the design!
Very well done!!
Hugs and love across the ocean, dear friend!

What a great way to use up some of these preprinted cards Carol! I love how this clock and it's layers fit inside the printed wreath. Makes the clock look so fancy! I also love that you sent it to your clock repairing cousin, very cool and I bet he loved it as we do! Hugs, Brenda
