Making Christmas cards in this hot spell we're having keeps me thinking cool thoughts for a little while, so I made another Christmas card using an old 2001 stamp set called Holiday Hedgies. I used snippets from a Lawn Fawn paper pad to create the herringbone background, then die-cut it with a Lil Inker stitched rectangle die. The image was colored with Copics and markers and given a generous coating of snow with some diamond Stickles.
I added a sequin snowflake to the corner and added another dab of Stickles to the center. The sentiment is a pre-printed one from Simon Says Stamp.
I'll enter this into the following challenges:
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge - anything goes
Pixie's Snippets Playground #408 - must use snippets
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you all find a way to stay cool in this summer heat. I'm so grateful for my central air conditioning!
Take care and have a great day!
