I always give little holiday treats to the people who work at our local bank since we've dealt with them for many years.
This year I made an Easter basket that holds little chick & duck boxes that I filled with a few small chocolate treats. The basket was created with an old file shared by GinaK designs and was made with her bubble-gum cardstock. I used a few stitched ovals and stamped a (r) SU! Bunny, adding blue to his eye and liquid applique to his tail. I added a strip of ribbon to the handle and attached a MFT tiny tag along with a die-cut little bunny from GMD.
Here are the boxes of goodies I filled it with. You can tell by the feet which are ducks and which are chicks. Some are holding tiny Easter baskets, while some have just broken from their shells. I used the Lawn Fawn tiny gift box die along with an add-on set for the chicks and ducks. I just love making things like this and in spite of it being time-consuming, it's always fun to see the end results.
I will enter this into the following challenges:

These are ADORABLE! I didn't dust off that bunny stamp this year, but you've inspired me to get him out! He looks VERY realistic and now I want some chocolate! Thanks for playing with us at As You See It with this sweet project!
Squeal.. cuteness overload. I was bowled over by your super sweet basket then I scrolled down to the chicks and ducks with little feet and my squeal went up an octave, oh how lucky are the Bank workers going to be. These are so special and they've got chocolate in... win win x

I love that SU bunny, why I never got him I will never know. lol He is perfect for Easter as he looks just like the chocolate bunnies. Your little chick boxes are adorable too. So sweet of you to give away treats to people you have associated with for years. Hugs, Brenda

If not. I still have the little basket that you made for me sitting in my craft room, (it's green and blue and has paper with green and blue flowers on it and butterflies. (No candy in it though (of course, I probably ate that the minute you gave me th basket! smile...I guess I should go get some more and fill it again.
This is so clever! I love your basket, but I love the little treat boxes even more! So cute. I want to work at that bank, just to get one! Thanks for joining our Theme Challenge at As You See It Challenges.
