Mother's Day

I made this card and sent it out last year but never posted it; so today I'm sharing it as I seem to find very little time to craft lately. I also made these two birthday cards last year with the same design in Bermuda Blue and pink because I loved the sketch shown in the link from the pink version.

This one is Daffodil yellow from SU! along with some matching designer paper. I used the Poppystamps Tulisa Collage Corner die along with some Hero Art flowers that were stamped, colored, fussy cut, and popped up on foam dots. The centers were done with a small round punch and I pressed a pencil eraser down into the centers to curl them before adhering. The sentiment is from SU! teeny tiny wishes and was die-cut with a Lil Inker stitched banner die.

I'm sharing this with the following challenges:

the Flower Challenge #42 - anything goes

That's going to do it for me as we have a few more errands to run today. We've been on the run all week long and I'm ready to crash as I'm exhausted! LOL Take care and thanks for stopping by!

Gorgeous card, Carol!! I loved this card in the Bermuda & Pink when you posted them and this one is no different! It has a springtime feel to it and those flowers just make me smile! Well done, my friend! TFS and take some time to relax soon!

Whoosh, doesn't seem five minutes since I commented on the original card... now I'm rather partial to black and yellow, so this is wonderful. I love how all three make a great trio yet they have subtle changes. Nice when we get mileage from our supplies and I hear you about not having much time to craft... someone is stealing time! x

Beautiful card, Carol. I really like this design..

I know what you mean about NOT finding the time to craft.
If I could only take my craft stuff to doctor appointments etc.
I would probably get a lot done that way...
