Festive Flowers

I was channeling Jennifer McGuire while making these cards with the Festive Flowers stamp set from GinaK designs/Simon Says Stamp. Her video was wonderful so I CASED her design using 3 different colors. The image was embossed with white and sponged with green ink on this one....

Island Indigo ink on this one, backed with Island Indigo card stock.

This one was done with Teal ink and card stock.
I added tiny gemstones on each one along with that great sentiment from the stamp set - which was a gift from a generous friend (thanks so much again!)

I'm still struggling with a new pc and photo editing. So far I'm unable to edit photos and save them as I've always done before, but I'm still trying. it's just that the holiday season has me preoccupied with other things right now and my brain is on overload. Hopefully I'll get the hang of it soon. For now I'm posting my pictures saved from the old PC.

I'll enter the first card into Pammies Inky Pinkies challenge #1950 - anything goes.

Thanks for stopping by and have yourself a great day!

Carol

This is a very lovely card design. The heat embossing with the soft sponging is a hit in any color!

Fabulous clean look, Carol! These cards are sweet and so elegant with the embossing and the soft inking!
Hope you learn your new photo-editing software early. Sometimes at the beginning things seem difficult, but then after a little training they go better :)
