Sympathy

This Sweet'n Sassy stamp image has always been a favorite of mine for making sympathy cards. I stamped the image with Versafine Onyx Black ink and clear-embossed it, then sponged in the sky and water with Distress inks. Next I added lots of Stickles to the water, blending and swirling the colors together with a toothpick. The sentiment stamp was found in a local scrapbook store over a year ago where they make their own, but don't put a name on them.

Thanks for the visit and I hope you're all enjoying a nice weekend!

Carol

I love this. You have created such a great water scene and the movement you achieved in the water is awesome. The sail boat fits in perfectly too. A great sunset look.

I think I can agree with everyone else here Carol to saying WOW!! What a really stunning scene you've made! I've never seen someone take different colored Stickles to blend together and what an incredible result with that! It makes for a very cool realistic looking reflected water! I think this is a favorite of mine from you! TFS! HUGS
