I love a good sketch for making a card and found the Repeat Impressions sketch challenge #J3118 and decided to play along.
I began with a MFT stencil and some Distress Inks, sponging each color through the stencil for lots of color. I embossed the top of the Hello Honey cardstock with a Cuttlebug Cape Cod ef, and added a piece of Hello Honey burlap ribbon to separate the panels. The daffodil image is from an older Flourishes stamp set which was colored with Copics and dotted with yellow and orange stickles for a bit of sparkle. I placed it on a MFT stitched circle die-cut with a SB die-cut circle in black for the mat. The sentiment by Stampendous was heat embossed with white ep on black and fussy cut by hand.
Here's the sketch...
Thanks for stopping by and here's wishing you a great Friday!

This is a lovely Birthday card! The daffodils look wonderful and I love the embossed panel.
At this time of year it always seems hard to believe that the daffs will soon be popping their heads thru the ground, but we have had unusually mild weather lately, so I think it will not be too long till we see them!
Such a colorful card!
Fabulous job with this sketch! great colors! It really makes me ready for spring!
