I made this card using a Tim Holtz die for the trees, and a Martha Stewart punch for the deer. The gold mirror card star was die-cut with a Memory Box Star of Wonder die, and the Sentiment was cut with a Die-Versions die. The background was embossed with a SU! softly fallen embossing folder and that's all there was to putting this card together. Sometimes those dies we have can make for a really quick and simple card!
I will enter this into the Repeat Impressions Blog for their inspiration palette challenge D2017 which gives us this inspirational piece to work with...
Thanks for stopping by and have yourself a wonderful day!

Beautiful & just perfect, Carol! I love when we have all these dies and they can make a card go together in no time! I really love the scene you created here especially that embossed background! :)
Such a pretty card Carol, a lovely scene - I love the embossed background.

A most beautiful card Carol. I love the wonderful scene you made.
A lovely card Carol. It's a very peaceful looking design and I love the colours. Barbxx
A very effective card, Carol! Love how the embossed snow looks on the back of the trees, great texture! And the Star of Wonder is just delightful, so shining!

Beautiful card, Carol, I love the simplicity of the design. xx
So lovely! Great take on the The House That Stamps Built inspiration board! Thanks for linking up!
Really like the way this turned out. Of course the tiny deer is perfectly proportioned for your tree scape too (mine are always either too small or too large for what I planned to use them with). The dots E/F looks very pretty as falling snow too. TFS, Hugs & Merry Christmas
A beautiful, peaceful card!
This is great! I already had the link on my desk top to play along... just hope I get to it! Perfect card!
Beautiful!! Love that you created it almost entirely with dies. The embossing folder really does look like falling snow. Thanks for playing with The House That Stamps Built.
