I mass produced quite a few of these cards for the Caring Hearts card drive, because they're simple and easy to create. (You still have time to send cards into this worthy card drive - just click the link above or click the link at the top of my sidebar for details.) I used a SU! Wonderful Year stamp set, embossing the sentiment on white with gold embossing powder, then die-cut it with Lil Inker stitched rectangles. The dsp is by SU! and it's on a red card base. I punched a tiny tree - done with a SU! mini punch - from gold mirror cardstock, adding a SSS mini star negative from a star border die and called this one done.
I'm entering this into the following challenges:
The Tuesday Throwdown #319 - It's All About the Words
CraftyHazelnut's Christmas Challenge CHNC # 306 - Vintage, or anything goes as long as it's Christmas
CHNC Extra for November - anything goes as long as it's Christmas
Here's another one done in Pear Pizzazz and gold mirror cardstock just to show how easily you can use your smaller cardstock snippets to make quick and easy cards when you have a great stamp set.
Thanks for stopping by and make it a great Friday whatever you're doing!

So pretty and elegant. I love the gold.
You have found a very good way to use this big stamp, Carol! Your cards are so elegant and just perfect for any recipient! Love the simply elegance of the stitched frames and the trees lovely details. I'm so glad that you haven't wasted the tiny leftover stars, they looks so pretty on the trees, grat recycling!
These were perfect cards for Caring Hearts. I love both of those colors with the gold. I mass produced batches of cards also and used pear pizzazz but I have to tell you I went through a bunch of the Emerald Envy paper. I LOVE that paper. Have a great weekend.
Beautiful cards Carol, a fabulous embossed sentiment.
