I recently mailed this card and it's been received, so I thought I'd share it with you today. I used some snippets from a PTI Center Stage Cover Plate die in pacific point, melon mambo and early espresso colors and placed them on a kraft card base. I stamped a retired SU! train image in Versamark on the corner to add a bit of masculine interest. The sentiment was done with SNSS stamps and the stars were done with 3 different stat punches, adding a brass star brad to the center of the larger one.
I'm sharing this over at the Snippets Playground #190 where snippets are the only requirement!
Thanks for stopping by and have yourself a great day!
Carol

Great masculine card. I love the subtle stamping in the corner. xx
This train image is so delicate and not only feels masculine, but gives a bit vintage look to this background! So beautiful! Love your use of snippets, they remember me a graduation military symbol :D
Now let's see who got this wonderful card? I love this especially the watermarked scene in the corner. It makes a nice card for anyone, but it makes an especially nice masculine card. These colors against the kraft just pop beautifully. Hoping you have a fun day.
At first I thought you used a subtle scrap of designer paper for the background, but I see it was an awesome technique! You are such a clever girl, and I am sure whomever received it, loved it!
What a lovely male card this is. I really like your subtle stamping in the corner. It's a great idea and works so well. Barbxx

Great card Carol - and, as everyone else also says, the subtle stamping in the top right corner is a fabulous touch!

Another great snippets make, Carol, and thank you for the amazing manly inspiration, too! I need all the help I can get with those designs!! Enjoy your day! Hugs, Darnell
A great masculine card , I love the bright die cut shapes on the kraft card and faded stamping in the corner looks fabulous. Really nice Happy Birthday stamp too.

I have wished for that image for years (the train one) - it looks fab in the bg - kind of like a ghost train. Great masculine card. Hugz
Outstanding! Like the soft vintage look of the background image, with this bold bright chevron stripes to the front. A sharp design, and quite a wonderful use of this cover plate to create this nifty pattern. Like it lots! Great snippets too. TFS
Love the muted feel of that image in the corner! Fun and bright colors to go right along with it too. LOVE IT!
