The weekend is here, so how's about a little "swine and roses?" I used this fun Penny Black image, adding some very light color to the piggy, and some vivid red & green to the flowers. I die cut the panel with a SB square swatch die, then layered it on a SB square die, and placed it all on a panel that was embossed with a CB Pinking Stitch ef. I love how all the cut and embossed layers perfectly coordinate and fit with one another, leaving just the right amount of white space for the PB sentiment. I decided to add a few flowers, so I used 3 different SU! punches to create them, and added white mini brads to the centers, popping them up on foam tape.
I'm entering this card over at the Penny Black Saturday challenge for June which is to make a white on white card, coloring only the image.
