I've made another card with Deedee Anderson's "Mix it up" digi stamp set for the Penny's Paper-Crafty challenge #202 to use "decorative corners." Deedee is sponsoring this challenge, so be sure and check out all the details to learn how you could win a fun prize! "Mix it Up" also happens to be Deedee's "digi of the month" and you can pick it up for a low price during November, so please check all the details right here. There's even a free set of recipe cards that coordinate with this fun image, and with holiday baking just around the corner, they'll come in handy I'm sure!
There are several dsp's included with this set, and I printed one out for this card. The image is pre-colored, but my printer is nearly antique, and images are always washed out, so I enhance them with Copics to brighten them up a bit. I added some spica glitter pen highlights to the bow in Mrs. Moose's umm fur :) I added a punched border with a SU! punch, punched corners with a SU! retired punch, and added some frosted pearls from Pizzazz Aplenty with a piece of gingham ribbon from my stash.
Thanks for stopping by and I wish you a great Wednesday!

So much fun, Carol! Love that corner detail you used.
She's a sassy one in the kitchen. -) That's are very nice corners, Carol. Love the gingham.
Looks like the moose headed over to your direction now! SO cute and the corners are outstanding!

My printer and yours must be related. LOL I love the papers and ribbon you went with here and the frosted gems are just ideal and match the bow perfectly. Seeing Miranda stirring up something in her bowl makes me wonder what you are stirring up in your bowl today. My mouth always waters if I heard about your menu forthe day, especially this time of year and all your "comfort food" recipes. See, now I want to go eat.
Hugs,
Donna
