Somebody Left the Gate Open!

I found this Darcie stamp set at a stamp convention earlier this year, and just love the sentiment and image! The dog was colored with Copics and I added some clouds to the sky with Tumbled Glass ink, then added lots of grass with 2 different SNSS grass dies and layered them up. The background was a piece of raspberry blue cardstock, embossed with a CB Decorative Rings ef. The little tennis ball was colored with fluorescent Copics.

I'm entering this into the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers challenge #14 - "Z is for Zoo" - use an animal or animal print on your card! You've got to check out the DT cards this week for some real fun stuff :)

Have a great open-gate kind of day and thanks for stopping by!

I had to laugh because my dog loved to find the gate open and run out as fast as he could. He knew I would come in the car so he ran down the street and around the corner and waited for a ride in the car. LOL

Your card is just adorable and the sentiment, of course, struck me very funny. Love it!!!!

Love all the grass on here and that blue in the background is striking! So cute. The sentiment makes me think of Rambo - who manages to scoot out ever chance he gets. Cute, cute card!

Fantastic card. I did order that stamp set as I am going into making cards for a local pet shelter to help them raise money. I need to get that grass die now!
