Red Christmas

I haven't played along with a MFP Speedy Fox & Friends challenge in way too long, but today I have a card for their current challenge #186 - "red Christmas." This was quick & easy to create, using a pre-colored snowman image by Laurie Furnell. The background is a piece of BoBunny dsp that has a great image and even includes the sentiment! I added a punched border/mat in chocolate brown, some gingham ribbon and a few punched snowflakes with geo sparklers in the centers. Quick & easy for sure!

Thanks for spending a few minutes of your day with me - it's so nice to see you again :)

Happy weekend!

Carol

O.K., you got my heart here with that snowman. Just adorable and surrounded by that gingham ribbon is so cute. Love that bg paper, too. How nice it had a sentiment.

Have a great weekend. I'm just waiting for my little munchkins to get here so I can get some cuddles, hugs, and kisses. Can't wait.

That background paper is amazing! So pretty and it's just perfect in the background with the snowman. Precious! Love the way you did the gingham ribbon on this too. Cute idea!
Have a good weekend.

Anyone can have background paper and an image, but not everyone could finish them off as well as you did here. This is darling,Carol. Love the snowflakes, ribbon and punch. enjoy your Saturday.

You really got into some good stuff with your snowman & your paper with the nifty image. I never know how to use these pretty motifs on papers, and you surely took great advantage of this one. I'm loving the old fashion R&W check on Snowy and the pretty little scallop under the ribbon. The sparkly snowflakes just set off the card completely. TFS & Hugs
