Make it Sparkle for Halloween

The challenge for this week's HMFMC149 is to "make it sparkle." I won this fun House Mouse Halloween stamp as a prize for winning a previous House Mouse challenge. I think it's so much fun and totally cute! I'm in Halloween and Christmas card-making mode lately, so this card came together quickly. I colored the image with Copics, adding some piercing and white gel pen faux stitching accents. The dsp's were scraps from my bin and I embossed the spiderweb with a SU! ef. The sentiment is SU! and was done with a word window punch, and a mosaic punch (on the ends.) The pumpkin border was done with an EK punch and I colored in the pumpkin faces with white gel pen accents too. The orange gemstones from Pizzazz Aplenty were the final touch to make this card "sparkle."

I'm also entering this into Oozak's challenge #18 which is "anything goes with texture."

    Carol, this is so cute. The image, that sentiment, the paper and punch work....all just came together perfectly to make a 'spooky', fun card.

    Love this little guy. I really like the sanding of the web. It makes it more real looking. Those little pumpkins look so happy with their white faces. Great card for this challenge. I need to get working on this challenge card myself. Hopefully today.
