Here's my favorite little mouse to color, and he's ready for summer with that big juicy piece of watermelon. He's Cocoa Mouse and he's from Sweet'n Sassy stamps, and he's colored with Copics. The dsp is from Echo Park and I accented with dark teal and red cardstock and ribbon. The heart border is also a die from SNSS, while the "yum" was done with a SU! petite curly label punch and coordinating stamp set called pretty petites. The outside square was done with a CTMH stamp set and I layered it with a square scalloped punched panel.
This is my last entry for the OWH National Scrapbook Day Virtual Card Making party 2013 found here. This is for challenge #7 hosted by JoAnn where she's asking us to make a summertime card. I can hardly wait for summertime to bite into a big piece icy cold watermelon too!
Thanks for checking in, and have yourself a fabulous day!!

Well, you KNOW you had me at polka dots, lol, but that mouse is so darn cute! The coloring of the watermelon is super, and the detail on the Yum tag was the perfect finishing touch! Thanks for sharing this wonderful card on my OWH cardmaking party summertime challenge!
Boy is he cute! Can we spit seeds and see who wins? Love the color combo. That little square-go-round sentiment, is perfect.
Ah, my favorite mouse!!! CUTE! Very cute card and I'm with you on biting into that watermelon!

I just bought some watermelon the other day which was no where near as good as yours looks. I love the dark teal with the red hearts inset in the border. The stripes and polka dots all match up nicely and the tag is darling. Fun loving card.
Too cute, Carol. I love your dots and stripes and wonderful summer look. I think we are all going to be waiting a looooooong time for summer. Spring can't even be warm where I live. And, I can't set out flowers for the rain. Not good!!!
Sute cute...now I want watermelon! tfs!!!
This little mouse is so cute. Your coloring is really great! And that striped paper matches the watermelon pefectly! Have a great day!
Awwww!! He's always so cute! I want to spit seeds too! In high school, I made a long necklace out of watermelon seeds. Did I just date myself?
Adorable card, Carol!
Oh i'm right there with ya on the watermelon thing! Your card is so sweet and colored so beautifully! :)
How cute is this!? I like the stripe and polka dot combo and your coloring is terrific.
