Notepads

There's an "anything goes" challenge over at Simon Says Stamp this week, so I'm sharing a couple notepads I made for gifts. I'm also entering this one into the photo inspiration challenge #33 at the Saturated Canary challenge. I'm using a Saturated Canary image colored with Copics along with some turquoise and yellow card stock. The sentiment is from PTI with a mini brad to dot the "i", ribbon from my stash, and matching pen came from Staples.
Here's one I made using green galore cardstock, and a CTMH sentiment for my granddaughter. I gave her some "ombre" blue hair in keeping with the trends and added some matching polka dot ribbon. I colored the word "school" in ombre style too just to add a little funkiness. The black mat was done with an EK punch and I hand-cut the sentiment. I made quite a few notepads this year, but gave them all away without taking photos first! What was I thinking? :)

I hope your week is going well for you and I appreciate your taking the time to see what I've been up to! Make it a great day!

Carol, these, too, like all your gifts are wonderful. I especially like the green one for your DGD. It's raining like crazy here and has been for hours now. Hope you are not snowed in. Talk soon.
