I found this stitched die-cut oval in my stash and decided a silver mirror birthday greeting would work with it, so I die cut the sentiment with a GMD set of birthday dies. The balloons were done with a MS balloon punch and I added some blue and white twisted twine for the balloon strings along with a few die-cut tiny silver stars done with a border punch from SSS. The background was done with a new Creative Expressions bubbles stencil I won recently and some blue distress ink.

This is just wonderful, Carol!! It's another of your masterpieces, love so much the choice of the simple blue and silver (and white) palette, but with lots of glitter :) So appropriate for a birthday, as well the tiny stars on the balloons and the background! I wouldn’t have been able to put so few stars LOL :D but I fully realize that it’s perfect!! The lighter stencilled bubbles match the balloon so well and the big oval with the sentiment is a perfect centrepiece!! Very well done!
