Here are the last of my Halloween treats I made this year. This is a collection of matchbook covers and here is a photo of them closed up and ready to hand out. I used assorted stamps. die cuts, punches, pre-printed sentiments, gemstones and mini brads, and just made them as colorful and different as I could. Unfortunately, I found myself out of orange cardstock this year but I used the colors I had on hand and added orange accents with markers or bits of designer paper.
Here is what they look like opened. Each holds a Ghirardelli chocolate square candy treat. I decorated the matchboxes on the inside too for more Halloween fun.
Here are a few of the Lawn Fawn tiny cat boxes I made this year using assorted snippets of cardstock. 2 kitties are holding goldfish, 2 are just sitting and waiting LOL
And for the last treat, this is a mini mug made from a snippet of Halloween bat designer paper, It holds a Lindor Truffle and I added a pre-printed sentiment wrapped around it and tied it with purple and white twine for a cute little treat.
That's the last of the Halloween treat containers for this year but I love making them and spend countless hours putting them together which keeps me busy.
I'll enter the matchboxes into the Snippets Playground Challenge #466 since each one was made with nothing but snippets.
Thanks for stopping by and have yourself a great Monday!

More brilliant Halloween treats - I guess lots of happy people on the receiving end. Hope there's still some chocolate left for you 😉
These are beautiful, Carol, little works of art. I'm sure people are thrilled to get such lovely goodies! Have a good, new week, hugs, Valerie
Love all the little treat holders and the cute cat ones especially the two with the fish lol.

Every single one is great. They must love to come to your house and trick or treat. By the time I got those all made, I'm afraid the candy would be all gone!
Carol, these are all so super cute and creative! Those matchbooks are so fun with the dimension to hold a candy! Those kitties are so stinkin' cute holding those tiny fish...and then the goldfish crackers inside too! (My kids used to love those things!) The mini mug looks like a fun project too and I bet that took some time to put together! I'm sure these were so much fun to put together and even better to give these out for treats too! Thanks for sharing all of your wonderful Halloween inspiration! I know you like doing these treat holders and passing them out and I enjoy seeing what you come up with every year too!
Wow - that’s dedication for the neighbourhood kids! What a brilliant selection of treats. When I come knocking at your door I hope I’m lucky enough to get the chocolate mug!!!! 🤣🥰
Thanks for coming to the Snippets Playground with so many snippety treats. See you in the treehouse later - I’ll be adding a little summin ’ summin’ to your hot choc by way of bribery!!!!! Xxx

Orange or not, your matchbooks are so cute and fun, and just perfect for Halloween!! Love so much the fact you decorated also the inside of each one and used up a lot of scraps!
The cat boxes are SO cute!! And the mini mug is a great idea to hold some yummy chocolates. Well done on all you have created!!
