Bermuda Bay Birthday

I made this card after watching a video by the Paper Pixie where she used 3 sizes of circle die-cuts to make this design. I had a few precious snippets of leftover Bermuda Bay designer paper and decided to give this technique a go. I used 3 Spellbinder circle dies and got started. I used a WeRMemoryKeepers Gemstone embossing folder to create the background, then used a pre-printed Simon Says Stamp sentiment matted with black. For the final touch, I added 3 drops of Nuvo black drops.

I'll share this with the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge - Emboss it

as well as

Thanks so much for stopping by and I wish you all a very happy and healthy weekend ahead!

Pretty card, Carol. I like your design and colors. I actually had some cut out circles sent to me by an on line friend to make this card...They are still sitting in the envelope...You have inspired me to get them out and use them. I enjoyed watching the video. Thanks for sharing!

That's very clever, it's almost an optical illusion and the colour is fantastic. The embossing looks great, with the aqua cool colours it almost represents ice adding to the chill feel x
