I recently won a beautiful PTI paper pad as a prize and I've made a few fall/Thanksgiving cards with it. For this one, I used 3 strips and added some Lawn Fawn die-cut stitched leaves for accents; using snippets of golden yellow and some sparkly brown cardstock. The stitched circle was done with a MFT die, and I stamped the Sweet 'n Sassy sentiment inside, adding some gemstones for sparkle.
Here's how I did the inside. I used a Sweet 'n Sassy Cocoa Mouse Thanksgiving stamp set that I've had for probably ten years, and colored it with Copics.

Autumn has definitely arrived here in PA as the leaves are starting to turn colors now and we're waking up to much cooler weather! I love this time of the year!

Cocoa, I haven't seen him for awhile and he looks cute hiding behind the big pumpkin. Leaves are perfect to say thank you at this time of year and I love the rich Autumnal colours of your card, I wish I was able to use patterned paper like you do x

Great way to use your lovely papers and show them in style! Love the design and the stitched leaves! And there is also the surprise inside, who would have thought to find a mouse in it? LOL :D You have coloured the stamp so well, there is also the shadow!

This is such a sweet, serenely beautiful fall time greeting. I adore how the colours in the polka dot paper strips start with green, then red, and lastly yellow, not unlike the progression that the leaves on some trees follow as summer melds into fall.
