November Rudolph Days

I paper-pieced the numbers in this Woodware stamped image to create one more Christmas card. The leaves were done with colored pencils and I added red stickles to the berries and outlined the frame with a gold marker pen. I won this stamp in the playground some years ago and I still love it after using it every year to make some cards.

I'm sharing this over at the November Rudolph Days challenge to make a Christmas card.

The pace is picking up as Christmas grows closer and I have so much to do with such little time to spare! Hopefully I can get it all finished in time!

Thanks for stopping by and make it a great day whatever you do!

Carol

Ohhh I love this, Carol! Love how you paper pieced the numbers and the pretty colored holly leaves! Simple but really pretty! I hope you find some time to get your Christmas preparations done. I get overwhelmed at this time of year and the older I get the more I dread the holidays. Tis the season, right?!

How lovely to see this stamp being used so perfectly. I have altered this stamp so it reads Happy Birthday for my friend and often wondered what it looked like originally. Love the paper piecing.
Thanks for sharing

Cute and festive card Carol! I can't believe the count down is on!!! I'm feeling the pressure too and still have much to do as well. Why does Christmas come with so many pressures?! lol We will get it done, or as I say, what is done is done and what is not, is not! Hugs, Brenda

Ooh that's a nice card and the stamp is perfect for paper piecing in those numbers which look fab in the red polka dot paper. I do like the mix of mediums you've used to create a very pretty and effective festive card x

What a fun, delightfully upbeat holiday season greeting. I adore the use of polka dots for the lettering. It's a standout touch - and a great reminder to all of us that letters and numbers can be patterned sometimes (not just solid coloured).
