I have a dear friend who is celebrating her birthday (mid 80's) next month, so I always try to make her a card with a kitty on it, since she loves cats!
For this one, I used a die-cut window a friend sent me a long time ago (sorry, I don't know who makes it) and lined it with a piece of soft sky cardstock. I used a Brutus Monroe cloud stamp on the soft sky piece, coloring the clouds with both white and clear Wink of Stella pens. I added 2 flying birds with a SNSS stamp and added a black cat done with a SU! punch. The sentiment is a pre-printed one from SSS and the background dsp is a retired piece from SU!.

OMGosh, I love this card Carol! Your kitty sitting looking out the window is so sweet. He is probably eyeing those birds. lol Love that window and love the papers you used on this one.
