My card today was made with dies and punches. I used a snippet of teal-colored dsp and matted it with lavender using GMD Venetian Label Dies. The vase was created with a retired SU! ornament punch, snipping the bottom off and adding a purple and white twine bow. I made a branch in white using a SU! Bouquet Bunch framelit die, and added mini lavender flowers done with a retired SU! mini punch. I added teal-colored gemstones to the flower centers and added a small sentiment. I did some very light stenciling with a Data Dots stencil and a stencil brush, using Lulu Lavender ink. I had to reduce the brightness of the photo for the stenciling to show in the photo.
I'm going to enter this into the following challenges:
The Color Hues Challenge #18 - purple and teal
Seize the Birthday Challenge #214 - Make it a Bouquet
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - use dies and/or punches

Oh, such a pretty vase of flowers! Beautiful background paper and wonderful soft stenciled background! A perfect birthday card, so lovely!
That's so nice and I really like the idea of stamping the sentiment onto the vase. The little flowers are super dainty and look pretty with their sparkly centres. Enjoy that sunshine, we have rain, a little more rain and lashings of rain, hail, wind followed by bright sunshine. Only here in the UK can we have all four seasons in a day... sigh! x
So beautiful and I love the little flowers on your design. Great dimension.
Beautifully designed card with your vase of flowers, background layers and stenciling!
I just love your card, the colors, vase (clever) and special flowers.
Pretty card!
Beautiful flowers and the vase included. Brilliant card Carol... xx
This card is beautiful, Carol! I love the vase and pretty flowers! Wonderful design and love the stenciling! I have a few stencils here but haven't used them in ages! Might be time to pull them out & give them love! Thanks for the inspiration! Have a wonderful day and stay cool....gonna be a warm one! Hugs~
That is lovely dsp and you created a very sweet bouquet in the lavender.
Your use of punches is stunning, I have never thought that the vase was an ornament punch!!! :D Genius! Love how you compliment the vase with that sentiment! The tiny flowers are just perfect with the gems in the centres and match so well with the teal background! Well done with the stencil too!
Hugs dear friend, good vibes on your way! Hope the weather is good enough to sit down on the porch and enjoy Spring!
A pretty card Carol, great use of your punches and dies, I like the delicate little flowers.

I just love using my SU punches too and the only way I will get rid of them is if they break. Your card is super sweet and that background really makes your flowers and vase pop. Thanks for playing along with us at Color Hues.
