I made this card for friends who recently celebrated their anniversary. I don't know why I chose this color combination, other than the fact that I just liked it on the day I made this card :) I used a piece of SU! dsp for the orange background and a grassy green card base, using Lil Inker stitched rectangle dies on both. The anniversary circle was a digital stamp I found in my files marked MMD (?) so I printed it, die-cut it with a MFT stitched circle die, and then colored it with green and orange glaze pens. I die-cut 2 small stitched hearts and added green gems to the orange heart and orange gems to the green heart. The final touch was to add some orange gg ribbon.
I'll share this with the Repeat Impressions DCC A721 challenge -
which is to make an anniversary card.
Thanks for stopping by and make it a great day!

I like it, its punchy and certainly makes you smile with the zingy combination. It's definitely a unique Anniversary and that adds to the charm. I'm making a mental note of these colours... I'd like to take inspiration and try a zesty card :) x
Beautiful card, Carol. A lovely change to see an anniversary card in untraditional colours. xx

I don't know why you chose this color combo either, but sure glad you did cause it is a gorgeous card Carol! I am really loving the color combo, it is happy feeling. That orange background paper pattern is cool looking-it's not a bright orange, but a softer orange and looks so good with that spring green. I love the digi you used, the heard in center is perfect. Love how you colored this digi and I love the deeper orange ribbon at the bottom. Yep, this is a gorgeous card Carol! Hugs, Brenda
A Super citrussy colour mix Carol, it certainly is a happy occasion card for them. Lovely paper and anniversary stamp with the little hearts. Love it. As for MMD, I have a file from Pixelscrapper with a few files by MMD and it's from Mersija's Majestic Design. I'm not sure if that helps?
Keep safe
