Hello everyone and a happy Monday. I hope everyone enjoyed a nice Christmas and Santa brought what you wanted.
Today my husband and I celebrate our 52nd anniversary. It makes my head spin when I think of how quickly those years passed and yet here we are!
I used some graduated stitched heart dies, embossing the white one with a Damask ef. The smallest one was cut from some wedding papers and the photo doesn't capture it clearly, but it says "On This Day" above the die-cut I.O. numbers, then just below it I wrote in "years ago." The little Gerda Stein Mouse was stamped, colored with Copics, and fussy cut and placed along the bottom. The little plastic numbers were cut from a sheet of printed numbers I saved from who knows where, but I cut the numbers that coordinated with the date of our wedding.
We've rarely made a fuss over our anniversary because it falls in between Christmas and New Years Day, but it's also my grandfather's birthday today whom I miss very much and celebrate today as well.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great week!
Carol
