Jar of Haunts

While playing around with my Halloween supplies, I made this card using strips of dsp for the background. I staggered them for a wonky look. I stamped the jar on black with white craft ink, then colored portions with a fluorescent purple Copic marker. Next I stamped Versamark all over it, then heat-embossed it with clear ep and added some white gel pen accents to the edges of the wrapping, then used a purple glaze pen to add more accents. The hat is a stamp from the TH accessories set for the crazy dogs/cats, stamped on orange and sponged for more spookiness, then fussy cut and placed atop the jar. I used an orange glaze pen for the buckle. The eyes were colored with a green glaze pen and outlined with a white gel pen. Next I colored a scrap of white card with a greenish yellow Copic fluorescent marker, then die-cut it with a Lil Inker BOO! die.

Another Halloween card added to the stash :)

I'll enter this into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge - anything goes

Thanks for stopping by and make it a great day! We have gorgeous weather here in PA today - just glorious!

Super cute! How long did it take to make that cute jar? It sounds like there was one heck of a lot of work in it!
