Mare and Foal

Here's the latest puzzle I finished - a 500 piece Mare and Foal. I already have another one started and then I have one more left to work on, and hopefully by then I'll be feeling like getting back into card making again. The days seem to be blending into one another and when my husband asks me what day it is, I have to check the calendar because I honestly can't remember anymore. LOL
I hope your days are filled with something fun. I work on these puzzles because I don't have to "think" or listen to the outside world when I'm working on one. I do look out the window and watch the wildlife more often too and it's been keeping me sane (I think!) LOL
Wishing you a good kick-off to the summer with the upcoming weekend. I hope you are all well and feeling your best!
Thanks for stopping by!

Carol

Another beautiful puzzle. We just got another one the other day. Haven't started on it yet though.
My no-brainer is this cross stitch I'm doing I guess. Same thing over and over and very boring.....but........I still can't seem to get back in the cards that much.
Have a nice long weekend! And yes, it IS the weekend coming up! LOL!

A lovely puzzle, imagine the horses were a bit of challenge but it does keep the mind occupied. I have to think each day what day it is although some of my medication comes in foil packs with the days printed over each pill which is handy and an extra reminder for me!! Bank Holidays always end up confusing me about the day of the week too. Thanks for visiting my blog and commenting, nice to know someone is looking at what I make.

Carol this is another gorgeous puzzle and i'm happy that this is helping you pass the time! It's very true what you said about doing puzzles and not thinking about the outside world. Your always giving me such great advice! Can't wait to see your next puzzle! Have a great Memorial Day weekend! Hugs~

What a lovely carefree image for a jigsaw, they're rather majestic running through a beautiful meadow. I was watching a blue tit sitting on the pergola in my garden this morning from the kitchen window. Isn't wildlife just the perfect pick me up tonic x

There is a lot of pieces all the same so well done on completing. I am finding doodling along with Barbara Gray (Clarity Stamps) to be my get out of jail card. Haven't a clue which days are which. We call everyday Friday as one in seven means we get the day right!Hugs Mrs A.

Another wonderful puzzle! Beautiful horses! Nature and animals seem to bring me peace, too! I heard a cardinal today and sure enough I looked out the window and saw a male cardinal, so pretty! Take care and have a great weekend!

This is a beautiful puzzle and you are so fast! It takes me forever. It is nice to have something else to do while you are taking a break from cards.

I hear ya I can't remember what day it is either! Every day just blends into the next. So hoping life gets back to normal again soon! Hoping the weather gets nice and stays nice so we can at least spend some time outdoors before the heat of summer gets here. Doesn't even seem like a Holiday weekend.

Another beautiful puzzle Carol, it's good that you can immerse yourself in your puzzles and not worry about what is going on.

That looks like it may have been a difficult puzzle! We have done a few also. I enjoy the 500 piece size. DH likes the harder ones but I would prefer them not to be as hard. I also have come to realize why you should purchase a little more expensive one. We had a cheaper one that was so frustrating because the pieces didn’t lock nicely.

Hang in there!

Another great puzzle. I am having the same problem as you Carol. I have to look at our one clock to see what day it is. Yes, they all seem the same. The weather isn't helping either. I hoped to get outside more this week. The rainy weather doesn't help. I tried sitting out on my porch to read and it was still too chilly. Don't remember the end of May having chilly weather like this. Probably get way too hot in a week or so.

Still having problems sitting down to make cards. I need to do that...need another sympathy card.
