I have a geometric birthday card today that uses some SU! retired designer paper in Blackberry Bliss, along with some gold cardstock and a Darice daisy die. I die-cut the flower in gold, green and black to add some interest. The tiny tags were done with a retired SU! punch and stamped with a birthday message in Blackberry Bliss ink. The ribbon is from SU! (also retired) and has a tweed pattern that includes some woven gold fiber through it. The frame was made with 2 Lil Inker stitched rectangles, cutting a smaller one inside of the larger one, and the larger one was placed on the card front.
I'm entering this over at the Shopping our Stash SOS #361 which is "geometric patterns." I'm letting the designer paper do all that geometric work for me with this one :)
Thanks for stopping by and make it a great Thursday! I hope all my US friends had a happy, healthy, and fun July 4th celebration!
