Best Day Ever

I've had this SSS "Best" die for ages and think I only ever used it one time, so I decided to have a play with it again. I die-cut it with red, and matted it with a MFT stitched circle die, as well as a Spellbinders scalloped circle die in Island Indigo. The word "Day" is from a SSS "Oh Happy Day" set of dies, and I wrapped the tail of the letter "y" around the "ever" sentiment just for a fun twist. The "ever" was done with a set of $1 stick stamps I've had for eons. For the final touch I added a few red enamel dots from Taylored Expressions.

I'm entering this into the following challenges:

Thanks for checking in today - I hope your day is a good one!

What a fun card, for some reason it reminds me of baseball. Great combo of challenges.

Cute card Carol. I've got so many stamps that, like you, have only seen ink maybe once. You've inspired me to dig around and use some of those older ones. Love your card.

Nice work with the Teal and Red challenge! It also worked perfectly with that fun sketch. Trying to beat the rain around here. Jim is zooming the front yard with the mower and I am creating a grocery list...I do hope I get to play later! Thanks for sharing this awesome creation.

I like this, it looks very graphic with the different fonts and what a great colour combination - one to remember. Great masculine no fuss card, spot on for the males in our lives x
