Fry Box Easter Treats

We've been invited to Easter dinner by a friend who has a very large family and we always enjoy going there. I made a whole lot of sweet treats to take along for everyone and today I'll post one of those treat containers. I used all snippets of cardstock I've had for eons and just chose bright spring colors along with glittered cardstock. These two boxes have Quickcutz bottle cap die cuts behind the cute chick and bunny images. Those images are from a very old SU! set called "year round fun." I colored them with Copics and glaze pens. The tags are MFT mini tags with die-cut bunnies from a GinaMarieDesigns tiny bunny die set. I tied them on with various colors of twine.

Here are 2 more of the fry boxes done is assorted colors and patterns. I made 13 of these in total, and I'll share more of the different treat containers I made in upcoming posts.

Just for the record, I made this for the hostess because she told me she absolutely LOVES jelly beans, so this punch-board teacup is full of jelly beans for her :)

This was made with Bermuda Bay cardstock and some retired SU! designer paper. The bunny was die-cut with a Lil Inker Easter bunny and tied on with some gold twine. He's sporting a matching raspberry bow around his neck. I didn't realize it until the photo was taken that I placed the treat bag backwards in the cup! Derrrrr It's a simple fix to remove it and re-insert it correctly :) The back of the bow looks kinda cute anyway, right? LOL

I'm sharing with the Shopping our Stash SOS #346 challenge - Here comes Peter Cottontail - show us your Easter creations.

Here's a tutorial for the Teacup if anyone's interested. I also made mini teacups with this idea that I'll share later on this week.

Thanks for stopping by and make it a great Saturday!

Edit: the fry boxes were made with a now retired SU! die called a fry box.
