Mother's Day



I used up my very last bits of blushing bride dsp to make the flowers on this card. I silver heat-embossed the Inkadinkado mother's day sentiment and added 2 die-cut Cheery Lynn mini flourish dies to the sides done with my Big Shot and some dark gray snippets of cardstock. The punched flowers were done with 2 different sizes of SU! flower punches and dotted with clear gemstones in the centers as well as randomly on the blushing bride panel. The beautiful background paper was bought pre-embossed and makes the most elegant cards in my opinion.

    The pre-embossed paper is so beautiful! Love it as a background for this very pretty card. The tiny flowers are such a special touch.

    Wow, this is so pretty! The embossed paper you have is so lovely and it goes really nice with your pink blushing bride cardstock and papers. Great work with the sketch. :)

    WOWzers Carol, this card is gorgeous! Love the embossed panel and your embossed sentiment! All those flowers with the gems inside are so pretty as is your swirl diecuts! Just the perfect color combination, too! This is one beautiful card! Well done!!!

    LOVE it!! Pink and grey is a so elegant combo, and you has made really a big strike with your design and this beautiful embossed paper for background! I still have a little piece of that one you sent me, and I love it! :)
    The swirls and the little flowers are just delightful and the blushing bride panel with the sentiment and the clear gems add other elegance to the whole card!

    Carol your card is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Here I was hoping the BG paper was an embossing folder!! It's so pretty an if it was a folder I'd buy it in a heartbeat! You rocked this sketch for sure. Glad you joined us at Tuesday Morning Sketches and keep them coming!
