After I saw this cute card that Wendy made, I knew I had to CASE it and make one for my DGD Cory who celebrated her birthday yesterday. She loves Minnie Mouse and dressed up like her for Halloween so I knew this card design would be a hit.
I used some papers from Recollections and made a 5x7" card, adding a SB grommet die-cut tag personalized with her name and some black and white twisted twine. I added a SU! scalloped punched border in black behind the polka dot panel. Minnie's face was done with SB die-cut circles and a bow done with a SU! punch. I added some red gemstones along with a CB embossed panel of fun birthday wishes.
My DIL told me she squealed when she opened her card yesterday. Mission accomplished :)
