I found a couple random pieces of red glittered paper, so I pulled out a long-neglected Inkadinkado birthday sentiment and decided to make a birthday card. I stamped the sentiment on a piece of white card, then die cut it with a Gina Marie stitched oval. To create the frame, I used 2 smaller stitched oval dies; placing one inside the other to cut the glittered frame, then placed that over the larger white oval. I created the card base frame with 2 Lil Inker stitched rectangles, again creating the frame by cutting the 2 pieces together. I added some tiny flowers done with SU! punches and little pearls inside them.
I'm sharing this over at the Cards in Envy challenge which is to "frame it."
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a fantastic day!

This is simple and perfect. That font is so cool and whimsical, makes for a fantastic birthday greeting.
This is a lovely sentiment stamp, it is so fun to pull out these pretty older stamps and help them find life again! I really like your frames in red and white and the pretty flowers to embellish it!
So pretty with the red & white, and love the oval mattings. Ditto the dimension little blossoms you've tucked on the front with the tiny pearls. Very classy. TFS & Hugs
You are always so accurate, Carol! These framers are just perfect!! (I am not be able to make so perfect frames, even if with the tape). Beautiful clean design, useful for any recipient in red and white and with those tiny flowers! Well done!
A beautiful card Carol, such an elegant red and white design.
