Tiny Ornaments

I made this Tiny Tree card recently with snippets of leftover green cardstock and a SU! mini tree punch. Today I made a similar card with the SU! mini ornament punch and some leftover strips of red envelope paper (also from SU!). I simply glued each one down on a piece of white card, then die-cut it with a Lil Inker stitched rectangle die. The large ornament is a Holly Ornament die-cut from Heartfelt Creations that I outlined with a fine marker while it was still in the die. I added a SU! silver-embossed sentiment and a few red gemstones from Pizzazz Aplenty and tied it all up with 2 different thicknesses of silver cording. I may have to make some matching tags with these leftover snippets because they really catch my eye!

I'm sharing this with the Snippets Playground #245 where it's always a requirement to use your leftover snippets.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you're enjoying a lovely weekend of wonderful weather as we are here in PA!

LOVE this card Carol! It's so fresh and very Christmassy too. I need to read your post again - if your stuck all those little red ornaments on individually I'm bowled over!

WOWzers, Carol! This card is so pretty and I am amazed at all those tiny ornament punch outs you adhered on that layer! It looks like DSP! Such a fabulous Christmas card! Your main ornament is eye catching! Love how you traced it while still in the die! I simply love it! Oh and I love that you keep reminding me of those stitched panels! LOL I know, I know....I have to dig mine out and use them! TFS this beauty and I hope you are having a nice Labor Day weekend! Love & hugs!

WOW, Carol! I did the same as Di and reread your post. You must have so much patience to stick all the ornaments on individually! A stunning card! I also popped back to see your tree card - beautiful! xx

I thought this was a greek looking die cut from white card and laid over top of red card. Then I read you had punched and placed all this baubles individually.
Well done, Carol. You have so much patience and it paid off as this is a fabulous card!
