Simon Says Flowers

This card was made with die-cut panels I found in my overflowing box of unfinished projects. The green SB lotus was hiding in there along with the blue scalloped square, and a white SB shapeabilities Fleur de Lis Pendant die. I added a white stitched square underneath the blue panel, along with a white and blue flower attached to the top with a mini button brad. The embossed panel was done with a Darice basketweave ef. The sentiment panel is adorned with matching mini flowers and tiny gemstones in the centers.

I'm sharing this with the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge which is "flowers."

It's another rainy, gloomy day here in PA, but we had one gorgeous day of sunshine yesterday that helped for a little while :) Have yourself a fabulous day whether it's raining or sunny where you are :)

Gorgeous card Carol! What a wonderful way to use up some of the pile of unfinished projects. It all goes together perfectly too! Love the colors together.

Y'all really are going to float away up there. Hope it clears up soon and you see some sunshine.

I forget about having this lotus die, one of my early purchases. It looks superb with the white & blue 'on point' design. And that embossed background is just beautiful with the focal elements.(I didn't see the snippets playground listed..sounds like it would be great entry there too) Stunning! TFS& Happy wkend.

All of your extra project pieces all worked up beautifully. The white basket weave really helps to bring out all of your other pieces. I like the green and blue together. We had an outstanding day here today, but the rain and raw days are returning tomorrow. We had a neighborhood yard sale today and I was able to sell some of my older crafting items to a very nice lady that make some card for charities so I felt really good about that. I go hope you get your sunshine back real soon.
