Masculine Valentine

Today I have a card that made use of an older Sizzix Valentine set #2 embossing folder I've had for quite a while. I fussy cut around the edges of the embossed image, and cut it once more in red, fussy-cutting the hearts and inserting them into the image. I used a snippet of grey cardstock, along with some black cardstock, putting it on a white card base. All 3 layers were die cut with a Lil Inker stitched rectangle die set. Quick and easy, and I have another Valentine added to my stash.

I'm sharing this over at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge which is "anything goes."

Thanks for stopping by, and make it a great day!

Carol

Very nice masculine card although is could be for a lady too. The touches of red against the white and close to the grey really draw the eye to your card. As usual another winner from you my friend. Have you streets got plowed yet?

What a beautiful embossing folder! Just the right amount of red was added too. Love the masculine - yet elegant - feel to this Carol.
