Dasher

Sorry I've been missing for a while - it's been a whirlwind week of scrambling to get a new car, as both of our vehicles died within a few days of each other. What are the odds? LOL
Today I have a Christmas card that makes use of a retired SU! image called "Dasher" and I embossed him in gold on a white panel. I die-cut the panel with a Lil Inker stitched rectangle die, wrapping a snippet of ribbon to one side before adhering the panel to a piece of SU! dsp. It's all matted on a piece of Gumball Green cardstock, and the matching gold-embossed sentiment was layered with Spellbinders and MFT circle dies.
I'll be sharing this over at the Snippets Playground #208/209.

Wishing you a wonderful Wednesday, and thanks for stopping by.

Carol

I love the gold reindeer on this Carol, and it looks great on the lovely patterned paper. The striped ribbon compliments it all so well too.

Saw your link at the Playground, so quick to hop over & wish a Merry Christmas to you & DH. Sorry to hear the auto bad news. Never rains, but..and all that. Hope you have things sorted without too much hassle. Love Dasher in all his golden glory. Love the way you've used the striped border, and of course I love anytime you use the stitched dies. Very festive, very pretty. Hugs & thanks for your friendship this past year. Looking forward to more 'chats' in 2016.

Glad you got the car business sorted out - it's known as Murphy's Law isn't it, but all's well that ends well and all that jazz :)

Wishing you a wonderful Christmas!

Two cars dying at once, that is tough. All the running around didn't hurt your creativity at all. This is a beautiful card. I've always loved that stamp. Have a Merry Christmas.

Lovely Christmas card!

Sorry about the cars. We are down to one car for the two of us...so we hope that one just keeps hanging in there. Can't afford to buy another one.
